Sundays game was against Blacktown in Blacktown. Most of the girls got there early especially Trin and Reggie who were keen to get an early warmup on the flying fox 
. As we all settled down Sonia and Tilly went over to do the toss 
We won and elected to bat. Sonia and Trin head out with a half smile on their face nervous but excited to give it a red hot go. Unfortunately Blacktown came to play also and there good bowling dismissed our top order and we were 5/16 before we knew it. Luckily Indi and Ebony dug in and fought hard and we slowly started to get some runs and build up a target 
In the end we were all out for 76 of our 30 overs which was a good effort given how we started. Ebony top scored on 29 ,Indi 12 and Emily 11 adding valuable runs 
We went out to bowl with a little fight inside. Tilly started it off with a clean 
bowled in first over. Then in the 5 over Sonia came to play with the awesome catch off Tilly’s bowling. We steadily took wickets but we couldn’t quite slow down their run rate enough. We managed to get 6 wickets in total but they scored 80 of 25.5 overs. Good catching good fielding and overall a good game. We just have to work of trusting ourselves more as well as practicing our defence shots!
